It is July 1st and we are heading into the July 4th holiday. The 4th is Thursday which means for many a 4 day weekend. People are traveling, people are celebrating, and people are relaxing. Maybe you fit one or more of these categories. If you are a real estate investor this week could be a great week for you. I always talk about supply and demand and on a weekly like this the supply is there but because of this holiday as well as the day it falls on, the demand is extremely low. For me this is the best time to make a deal since both new home builders and existing home owners want to maybe go the extra mile to get you under contract. The same goes for the home buyer who is looking for a place to own and live. Our team will be working throughout this week. I will be getting together with family for food but will make room for meeting if you so desire. Regardless of the day we like the idea of getting you the best value on a real estate investment since that is our core responsibility.
