As a British expat living in Moscow, I always get asked WHY DID YOU MOVE TO RUSSIA? So today I break down the 6 reasons why I moved to Russia.
The recipe I made today is called Ёжики (Yozhiki) which are small 'hedgehogs' made from meat and rice. The recipe cost me approximately 324 rubles (£3.24) and the ingredients are as follows:
- finely grated carrot
- chopped onion
- cooked rice
- minced beef
- salt & pepper
- store-bought sauce
