Whether you want to go for something simple, or something a bit more experimental - this video has got you covered. INGREDIENTS & NOTES

#1 Strawberry Matcha Affogato 0:50

1 Shot of Matcha, consisting of:
1 tsp matcha powder
1 splash of hot water (2-3 tbsp)

⅓ cup (80ml) cold water
1-3 scoops vegan ice cream

→ serves 1

#2 Cold Brew Matcha 2:27

for the cold brew:
40 coffee, coarsely ground (½ or 1.4oz)
½ cup (125ml) hot water
2 ½ cups (625ml) cold water

for the matcha cold brew:

2 shots of matcha
2 tsp vanilla syrup
ice cubes
cold brew, to taste
non dairy milk, to taste

→ serves 2

I like to fill about ⅔ cup with cold brew, then ¼ cup milk and then the matcha shot. But play around with different ratios and see what u like best!


#2.5 Vanilla Tonka Syrup 3:50

1 cup sugar (200 g)
1 cup water (240ml)
2 tsp vanilla extract or 6-10 drops vanilla aroma
1 tsp tonka bean paste or 1 ½ tsp tonka bean sugar


#3 Basic Iced Vanilla Matcha Latte 4:35

1 shot of matcha
1 tsp vanilla syrup
ice
milk to taste (i do about ½ cup)
water to taste (i do about ¼ cup)


#4 Lavender Cheesecake Matcha 4:57

for the lavender syrup:
2 tbsp dried lavender flowers
2 tbsp sugar
a few drops vanilla aroma
2 tsp lemon juice
2 tbsp water

for the cheesecake topping:
2 tbsp soft vegan cream cheese
1-2 tsp powdered sugar
¼ tsp vanilla (or 1-2 drops vanilla aroma)

per drink:

1 shot of matcha (sweetened w 1 tsp agave if u wish)
1 tsp lavender syrup
lots of ice
non dairy milk, to taste
the cream cheese topping
optional: edible flowers for decorating


#5 Matcha Martini 7:00

1 shot of matcha
1 tbsp vanilla syrup
1 shot of preferred liqueur (vodka, shochu, soju or sake), or to taste, I did …tbsp of soju
a splash of barista oat milk
3-5 ice cubes


#6 Virgin Matcha Martini 8:07

1 shot of matcha
1 tbsp vanilla syrup
3-5 ice cubes
2-3 tbsp rice milk
a splash of barista oat milk
a pinch of salt


#7 Apricot Almond Matcha Latte 8:50

for the apricot purée:
4-5 fresh apricots
boiling hot water, enough to cover
2-3 tbsp liquid sweetener (rice syrup,maple, agave) , or to taste
a few drops almond or vanilla aroma
! I recommend blending in a food processor / small blender !

per drink:
ice to taste
1 shot of matcha w added ¼ cup (60ml) water
non dairy milk, to taste
if needed: additional sweetener


#8 Peach Matcha Latte 10:57

3-4 fresh peaches, chopped
1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
3-4 tsp sugar
a few drops vanilla aroma
a splash of water

per drink:
ice to taste
1 shot of matcha w added ¼ cup (60ml) water
non dairy milk, to taste
if needed: additional sweetener



#9 Iced Banana Matcha Concoction !!

for the banana drink:

1 banana (not frozen)
1 large handful of ice
pinch of salt
½ tsp vanilla
½ cup non dairy milk (125ml)
! Best to use a smaller nutribullet type blender here!
→ yields enough banana milk for 2 people

per drink:
ice to taste
1 shot of matcha
the banana milk, to taste
