Today I'm showing you what my weekly grocery shopping haul in Paris looks like! This will give you some insight as to what I eat as a nutritionist. I'll also explain how I grocery shop in Paris. This food shopping haul is for one person and one week. I will probably eat out once or twice during the week and will buy more fresh fruit & veggies in 3-4 days, but other than that this will give you a good idea of the foods I buy and eat.
