We all know that we should have a good sitting posture at work (although most of us don't!). But when we're back home, we want to relax, chill and take it easy... this is usually where problems start: we slouch, we lie down on the side and this causes neck pain, headaches, lower back pain, etc.
In this video, I will show you how you can use your pillows to build a healthy posture to watch a movie. This will preserve muscle relaxation, but you still need to stand up and take a break from time to time!
