I planted some carrots last year, and I harvested some in February. I was noticing that some of them were slightly different colors. It made me wonder if I could replant one of them to save seeds, if I found a carrot that had qualities that I wanted to promote.
I gave it a try, and even after I cut half of one of them off, they still grew and flowered, proving that you can replant carrots and save seeds from them.
