The game doesn't stutter, thats shadowplay failing for some reason.
People asked for the settings that I use so here is a benchmark,
also recorded ultra high settings benchmark, wanted to record other settings but shadowplay is bugging me lately and stuttering and some other videos were very laggy.

This is patch 1.03 , I play with fps cap on 45 as I find it to be more stable that way and its not really that noticeable. If I wanted I could cap my fps to 30 and play the game on ultra with stable fps (I recorded gameplay but it was stuttering alot, thanks shadowplay). On High settings fps sometimes drops to 40 so I have some settings set to medium.
