ISIL has claimed responsibility for Wednesday's attack outside the Houses of Parliament in London through its Aamaq news agency, saying that the attacker was a “soldier of the Islamic State.” The announcement came after UK Prime Minister Theresa May addressed parliament on Thursday morning.
