IROSA: ISS Roll-Out Solar Arrays
Edited NASA TV footage of U.S. #EVA 71 aboard the International Space Station (ISS) (@Space_Station) February 28, 2021. Expedition 64 NASA astronauts Kate Rubins (@Astro_Kate7) and Victor Glover (@AstroVicGlover) performed the #spacewalk.
This EVA was the first of several to install mast canister mod kits for the future installation of six sets of additional ISS Roll-Out Solar Arrays (#IROSA). Rubins and Glover completed the mod kit for the 2B electrical channel, and began installation of the mod kit for the 4B channel.
The time-lapse portions of the video are at 10 or 30 times normal speed.
