Kamala Harris appears to have secured a majority of delegates, strengthening her hold on the Democratic presidential nomination. The US Vice President sealed her status as the presumptive nominee on Monday night after crossing the 1,976-pledged delegate mark, according to an unofficial Associated Press tally.
