Garlic grow from your own garden can add amazing flavor to your cooking! And one of the best things about garlic is that you can save the best cloves you have grown to plant for next season!
Today we take our harvested garlic and hang it. We are storing it for a few months to dry out. At that point the best cloves will be used for planting next year. Those cloves will be stored in the refrigerator so they do not sprout. The other cloves will be eaten!
