How to make 3 easy foil pack dinners:
Ingredients:
Steak and Potatoes Foil pack-
1 (4 pound) steak cut into cubes
1 large potato cut into cubes
1 tbsp of parsley
1 tsp pepper
1 ½ tsp of salt
½ of an onion
1 tbsp of fresh parsley
3 tbsp of oil
2 large sheets of foil
Shrimp Boil Foil pack-
15 medium size raw shrimp
1 large potato cut into cubes
1 corn cut into 8ths
½ of an Andouille Sausage sliced
1 Lemon cut into quarters
1 tbsp of old bay seasoning
1 tbsp of Cajun seasoning
1 tbsp of garlic
4 tbsp of butter
2 large sheets of foil
Lemon braised Chicken foil pack-
1 large chicken breast cut into cubes
1 large potato cut into cubes
½ cup of string beans snapped in half
¼ of an onion chopped into small pieces
1 tbsp of garlic
1 tbsp of fresh rosemary
1 Lemon cut in half
1 tsp of salt
½ tsp of Pepper
4 tbsp of butter
2 large sheets of foil
How to make 3 easy foil pack dinners:
Place potatoes after cut into cubes into a large microwave safe bowl and fill with water. Microwave on high for 10 minutes to mildly soften the potatoes.
Follow the video inclusively to assemble foil packs.
Bake steak and potatoes at 375 for 1:20 minutes.
Bake shrimp boil foil pack at 375 for 35 minutes.
Bake lemon braised Chicken foil pack at 375 for 45 minutes. Or bake until potatoes have completely softened.
Each foil pack recipe can feed 1-2 people.
