At the May 17, 2014 "Symposium on Tick-borne Diseases", Dr. Richard Horowitz provided the attendees with a detailed list of contributing factors which can cause a delay in recovery from Lyme disease. The discussion follows his excellent book of the same title which is available from major booksellers. The discussion is not limited to only those patients with Lyme disease - it is relevant for any person suffering from a chronic illness. The discussion is approximately an hour and a half long.
