In this 30 min SAVAGE Bodyweight HIIT we will have 2x blocks of workout. Each block contains 20x exercises and 5x Versions of burpees. We will be performing each exercise for 35 seconds and with 15 seconds rest in between.
After the first block there will be a 50 second water-break. In the second block there will be an Extra movement as a “Finisher”.
Please make sure to do a proper warming up before starting the workout:
