Chicken Pot pie y'all! So right off bat, I would double this recipe! we all ate our whole bowl and now I want more! Shoutout to Walmart for the ingredients in this recipe, I'm glad vegans are now getting accepted in society.
Here is the recipe:
preheat oven to 350 degrees.
One package No Evil Foods Chicken( can leave it out if u like)
Thaw and heat stove to medium low with about 2 TBSP of oil and stir
add 2 TBSP of Butter and 2 TBSP of flour, stir.
add in I cup fresh leeks( or veggie of your choice)
1 tablespoon minced garlic
1 and 1/2 cup non dairy milk
half bag of vegetable for soup( I had a 1 pound bag)
1 teaspoon of better than bouillon veggie base
salt and pepper to taste
simmer for 10 mins then turn off
prepare bowls or large pan by lightly greasing all sides, adding in veggie mixture and covering with a lightly floured and rolled out puff pastry.
brush with vegan butter and make 3 ventilation slits
Bake for 30 mins and allow to cool before eating!
