I know what you're going to say...how can pakoras be air fried? These Air Fryer Potato And Onion Pakoras are a healthier way of making them without deep frying in oil.

I must admit, I prefer frying pakoras in oil but these air fried ones taste just as good.

I have opted to using my Instant Vortex Plus Dual Air Fryer for this recipe so that I can make two things at once without having to wait.

Air Fryer Potato And Onion Pakoras Ingredients:
◆1 onion
◆3 potatoes
◆6 green chilies
◆½ cup chopped coriander (dhania)
◆2 cups chickpea (gram/chana/besan) flour
◆salt to taste
◆¼ teaspoon turmeric powder
◆1 tablespoon red chili flakes
◆1 tablespoon chili powder or masala
◆½ teaspoon coriander (dhania) powder
◆1 teaspoon baking powder
◆1 teaspoon cumin (jeera) seeds
◆± ½ cup cold milk
◆1 teaspoon crushed ginger & garlic
◆vegetable oil for brushing
