On October 26, DHS Secretary Napolitano testified before the House Judiciary Committee on DHS oversight. Chairman Smith questioned Secretary Napolitano on why DHS has not provided information he requested two months ago on Secure Communities. Chairman Smith said if DHS doesn't provide the information, he will have no choice but to issue a subpoena.
