Fall is here and I wated to celebrate, so I made my own Pumpkin Spice Cotehardie. In this video I make the overdress, cotehardie, and a smock underneath. I also show you how i made two different headdresses, the first is a stuffed circlet and the second is a cap with snood! These pieces are not historically accurate, but they are inspired by historic patterns and items.

Materials
For the Cotehardie / Overdress I used:
5 meters of gold / orange fabric that has a little stretch to it
12 meters of gold bias tape
yellow thread
For the smock
3 meters of orange polyester fabric I had in my stash
36 inches of 6mm elastic
yellow thread
Stuffed Circlet
leftover fabric from the cotehardie
stuffing
chiffon table runner to wrap and create veil
Cap with Snood
leftover fabric from the cotehardie
faux pearls
hair clips (hair comb may be preferable)
decorate or ribbons on side
6.4 meters of gold ribbon for hair net
