Most women want that lean, tone, and sexy look. With sleek arms and long, lean legs. But you will not get them by lifting those 5lb weights. To get those, women must lift heavy.
Lifting heavy builds the muscle that you need for that lean, toned look. Without building muscle, women won’t get the curves they want. Building muscle gives you the toned look. And the only way to do that is to lift heavy.
Women will only get the bulky look if they start to OVEREAT.
When women start lifting their metabolism will increase causing them to get hungrier. Lifting heavy weights and being in a large calorie surplus (because they’re eating more due to hunger) will give women that bulky look. Because you’re building muscle AND fat which gives your arms double the size.
