Bombay Shrimp
1 Lb (20) of Jumbo Peeled Shrimp
Ginger Paste - 1 Tsp
Garlic Paste - 1 Tsp
Salt & Pepper - 1 Tsp (each)
2 Eggs beaten
Corn Starch - 1/2 Cup
Flour - 1/4 Cup
Cilantro - 1/2 Cup (Finely Chopped)
Instructions:
Clean, rinse and pat down your shrimp then add them to a bowl.
Add in your ginger paste, garlic paste, salt & pepper and gently mix with your hands.
Add your beaten egg, corn starch and flour and gently mix again.
Add in your chopped cilantro. And gently fold. Do not get heavy handed.
Add them individually on a baking rack to set.
Oil at temperature at 350 degrees and fry for about two and a half minutes or golden brown.
