A complete playthrough of Christy Marx's second game, Conquest of the Longbow: The Legend of Robin Hood released by Sierra On-Line in 1991.
Marx wanted to touch on Greek mythology but with several Robin Hood movies in the making, it made sense to tap into the renewed interest the movies were generating at the time.
The game was developed in the Sierra Creative Interpreter (SCI) which allowed for 256 color VGA graphics and a fully point'n'click interface.
Conquest of the Longbow was by several magazines awarded Best Adventure Game of 1991. The game became the last in Marx's Conquest Series, and her last game before returning to write for television and animation.
Marx returned to Sierra in the latter part of the '90s.
