The Best Books and Resources on Codependency Recovery - Vanessa Bennett, LMFT

There are a lot of great books out there and resources around recovering from co-dependent behaviors. I'm going to give myself a shameless plug, but I do teach a series of codependency courses in that lab every Tuesday evening and Thursday morning, so you can check that out. I'll put the link here. But also, if you're really looking for some books, one of the kinds of 101 books that everyone needs to read is called Codependent No More by Melanie Beatty, and the other one is Facing Co-dependence by Pia Mellody. So check those two books out and also check the link for my lab classes. You don't have to be a member. You can do a drop-in class. I do a codependency 101 class every month, and then it's a series of different conversations and topics where we dig into things like perfectionism, black and white, thinking, boundaries, and all of the different behaviors that we struggle with as codependence.
