Finally feeling better & wanted to show you LaFayette Village & pick up something to bring to the Potluck I’m going to Friday night, & maybe do some Christmas shopping!

Hi! I have some favorite daily Vloggers that I watch & one day realized that I know more about what’s going on in Tim & Jenn’s life (TheTimTrackers!) than I do about what’s going on in my friends and family’s life!!! And that seems kinda wrong, no? So, ideally, I wish all my friends & family would vlog, but until then, I’ll at least let YOU know what’s going on in our lives. Plus, hopefully I can show some cool things about Raleigh that make you want to visit more ;)
I have family and friends in France, London, and all over the U.S. & my daughter lives in Williamsburg & Stepson & Daughter-in law live in the OBX, … even though my parents are fairly local, I don’t get on the phone, or even FB/Twitter/IG, much to let them know what’s up, but this makes it easy!
ALSO, one of the things that I think would be *REALLY* epic is that if our grandchildren can look back at our channel 30 years from now and see what we were like “back then” & what life was like!!! (please, please, please let all that still be possible!!!! It’s kind of a crazy world we are living in now...& even IF all hell doesn’t break loose, who knows the status of YouTube 30 years from now? but I’m crossing my fingers!!!)
And, who knows, I also might have a tip, or 2....or 100 to share with you guys!
Oh, and we go on some super cool trips sometimes, so that’s always fun to share.
So because of my goals, I try to keep things simple, use my iPhone, little editing as possible, and I’m TOTALLY a NOOB, so things aren’t perfect....or even close! Sometimes I have the extra time and want to get creative for fun, and hopefully that will improve things so you guys can stand to watch! LOL
I figure that the more I try the better I’ll get ...that’s just how it works...so, a tip I’d love to pass down to my grandchildren is: If you are interested in doing something JUST DO IT, you are not SUPPOSED to be an expert at first! It’s ok!!!! DONE is better than PERFECT! Just have fun with it!
