INGREDIENTS:
2 kg Chicken
Extra Virgin olive oil 100ml
Garlic clove 10-12
Ginger 2”
Red Onion 1 (medium)
Red Pepper 1
Serrano chillies 5-6
Naga Red Chilli 1 (Super-hot Chilli)
Bay Leaves 3
Smoked Paprika Powder 2 tsp
Sea salt 1 tsp or to taste
Black Pepper 1 tsp
Sugar 2 tsp
Soy Sauce 3.5 tsp
Tomato Ketchup 4 tbsp
Lemon Zest (½ lemon)
Mixed Herbs 3 tsp
Distilled malt Vinegar 1 tsp
