0:22 - With one night left in Cusco we set out to find Cuy, roasted guinea pig, a unique cuisine of South America. We quickly found out this was not going to be easy to find. Even though there are places that serve it, guinea pig is not found on most restaurant menus.
1:06 - We entered one of many restaurants in our search that wasn't serving cuy, however we were directed towards a lead that did, Inka Grill. It felt like we explored half of Cusco on our mission to find a pet a on plate.
2:12 - Finally, after a lengthy search we sunk our teeth into this unique cuisine. It was not quite like anything tasted before, but more comparable to a quail. Even though the experience was new, we reminisced on our existing memories of guinea pigs and wondered what it would be like if ...
