Two Russian UNPROFOR peacekeepers were wounded on Thursday (18/5). They
stepped on landmines in a Serb-held corridor of Sarajevo. Also in
Sarajevo on Thursday 12 year-old, Azra Buljubasic, was buried in a
Muslim cemetery. She was killed by a Serbian mortar attack on the
city three days ago. Azra's 17-year old brother was seriously
injured in the same attack and is fighting for his life. Azra is
one of at least 15 people who have died in the city during three
days of intense fighting, some of the heaviest for more than two
years.
