Ingredients for Gur Syrup:
Jaggery 1/2 kg
Water 1 cup
Lemon juice 2 tbsp
Vinegar 2 tbsp
Sugar 2 tbsp
Ingredients for Assembling:
Gur syrup as required
Ice cubes as required
chia seeds 1 tsp
Water as required
Falooda Sev as required
Directions for Gur Syrup Preparation:
1. In a pot add jaggery, water, lemon juice and vinegar and stir continuously.
2. Now cook for 20 minutes and add sugar. Cook again for 2-3 minutes. Strain it through strainer and your Gur Syrup is ready.
Directions for Assembling:
3. In a bowl add water and chia seeds. Soak for 15 minutes.
4. In a glass add water, chia seeds, gur syrup, ice cubes, falooda sev and your Gur sharbat is ready.
