Toby Bechtel owner was very respectful, honest and on time for his appointment, in fact a couple of minutes early. He came to see why my door was making a loud sound. I was prepared for a huge bill.
I was told it only needed a service, which he did. These days you do not find honesty in a company for the elderly.
