CHRISTIAN BREAKING NEWS: Maldives Government will Ban Israelis from Entering the Nation due to the War in Gaza

The Maldives government will ban Israelis from visiting the Indian Ocean archipelago, which is known for its luxury resorts, as public outrage over the Gaza war grows in the predominantly Muslim nation.

The president's office announced Sunday that the Cabinet has decided to modify the laws to prevent Israeli passport holders from entering the nation and to form a subcommittee to oversee the process.

It stated that President Mohamed Muizu would designate a special envoy to assess the Palestinian needs and launch a fundraising campaign.

Nearly 11,000 Israelis visited the Maldives last year, accounting for 0.6% of all tourist arrivals.
