Spiceology's very own mixology maven Camrin shows you how to make a craft cocktail using our spice blends! This Jungle Bird cocktail is summer in a glass with rum, Campari, pineapple and our Maui Wowee blend. Full recipe below:
1.5 oz Spiced or Dark Rum
.75 oz Campari
1.5 oz Pineapple Juice
.5 oz Lime Juice
.5 oz Demerara Syrup
1/2 tsp Maui Wowwee Blend
1) In shaker, add all ingredients and add ice.
2) Shake and fine strain into a high-ball glass.
3) Garnish with grilled pineapple spear dipped in Maui Wowee and pineapple leaf.
4) Enjoy responsibly, people.
