Albaz and Ecclesia are holding hands now, yay! Anyways, now for season 2 of the lore...
We heard you like Branded, so we put more Branded in your Branded deck. Quem is another great card to send Branded Spell/Traps to the grave to retrieve with Retribution as well reborn any monster that mentions Fallen of Albaz, AKA most of our fusions, namely Lindwurm and Mirrorjade. Luluwalilith is the target Grand-Guignol needed badly, where previously we had to either settle for Quaeritis to blank a Battle Phase or Proskenion to summon or banish any of our opponent's Extra Deck monsters. Negating a monster whenever ANY card leaves EITHER PLAYER'S Extra Deck and not to mention buffing or monsters to make them harder to take out by battle is just fantastic. She also allows us to summon Cartesia or Quem from hand or deck if she is in the grave in the End Phase. Incandescent Dragon is mostly another name for Mirrorjade to send but in a pinch can practically out 2 monsters on your opponent's board, provided that monsters are occupying the middle main monster zone and both EMZs for the iconic diamond portal from the lore (also you need to have summoned it properly with a Fusion spell.)
Deck is just insane as per usual, now it has more ways to access Branded Fusion and its powerful fusions, have a ton of interaction and follow-up as well as breaks boards like nobodies business. Bystials are just insane handtraps and the deck can fully utilize them to their fullest potential and not just be large D.D. Crows that summon themselves.
Deck can be cut down to 40 cards by cutting Albaz to 2 and Mercourier to 1. But I like Albaz at 3 for cases I go 2nd, he can easily eat up boards or force out interaction, and 2 Mercourier beacause 1 is for Lindwurm and the other is a target for Branded Lost/Brigrand for an added monster negate.
Branded Expulsion can also be played, just pick your floodgate of choice and lock out your opponent. But I don't play it as I do lose out on resources and grind games by tunneling for a floodgate that loses to backrow decks.
Extra Deck is also super tight, I would love to play Masquerade, Starving Venom, Dragostapelia, Garura the 2nd Chimera, Dis Pater with Branded Etude, but alas only 15 cards...
You can cut Lubellion to 1 but having only 1 copy means its hard to grind against Kashtira since he can recycle Albazes and our Fusions from the banish pile.
You can also play a small Dogmatika engine with Titaniklad and Luluwalilith. With Ecclesia, Fleurdelis and maybe Dogmatika Punishment for a extra disruption.
Frightfur Patchwork engine is still a good option due to how it allows the deck to access to the Albaz fusions w/o the heavy reliance on Branded Fusion.
Necroworld Banshee and Zombie World in the side deck to beat Floo.
Overall, the deck is pretty nuts, especially if they hit Tearlaments and Kashtira hard prior to CYAC's TCG debut and they don't hit Branded in any way, expect this deck to be Tier 1 again.
