This week is to ease into the endurance and strength training needed to compete. This will be part of a training series that will get your body competition ready by March (8 to 10 weeks). I have created this series specifically for people who have made the commitment to their first spartan or OCR competition this year. The idea came from the realization that many people have the goal to race as their 2020 New Year’s Resolution. To help keep that goal, I am going to give you an 8-to-10-week program that will get you there! This training is specifically geared to race up to 5 miles.
In-terms of specific obstacle training, I give some tips for the rope climb.
