This elegant, spacious villa set in a rural green oasis overlooking the Latchi Marina offers the promise of an idyllic holiday in comfort and relaxed style.
Situated on a plot with sister villas Elias, Eleni-CE and Maria-CE and 150m from Cyprus and Fotis. These villas are ideal for several families or a large party wishing to have their holidays together yet maintain privacy and independence.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessities for cooking and snacking. It is part of a spacious open plan arrangement with a large dining area and comfortable leather sofas where you can chill watching tv or a dvd or reading one of the many available books. Three large patio doors open out onto spacious shaded raised veranda over looking the pool and the the amazing views. Tables and chairs provide sitting arangements at this vantage point where leisurely breakfasts can be enjoyed and a relaxing drink can accompany the unforgettable sunsets over the bay.
Steps from the living area lead to the sleeping quarters at higher level . The first of the two bedrooms is a double bedroom with en suite shower. The second is a twin bedroom. The spacious house bathroom offers a bath with shower over.
Outside the swimming pool is surrounded by a terrace area furnished with sunbeds, umbrellas, a poolside shower and a table and chairs. A large neat lawn offers plenty of space for young ones to run around.
Enjoy magnificent sea views at all hours at the rear of the villa as you soak up the sun in complete privacy.
A short walk from the villa can take you to couple of local restaurants and shops and a pleasurable longer walk in the early evening can take you into Latchi harbour where you will be spoilt for choice of good quality restaurant by the water side.
