Ingredients for 8-10 servings:
Bottle Gourd (Diamond (diagonal) shaped pieces) – ½ Kg-1 big kaddu
Sliced Onions – 2
Mutton chops/beef (Medium Sized pieces) – 1/2kg
Chopped Tomatoes – 3
Ginger Garlic Paste – 2 Tblspn
Red Chilli Powder – 1/2 Teaspoon
Turmeric Powder – ½ Teaspoon
Salt – 1 Teaspoon(add accordingly)
cooking Oil – 2 big spoons
Pigeon Pea Lentils (Toor Dal) – 1/2 Cup
masoor dal-1/2Cup
Curry Leaves – Handful
Tamarind juice- 1/2 cup
Chopped Coriander - Bunch(handful)
Whole Green Chillies – 3-4
Spices (Garam Masala Powder) – 1 Teaspoon
Kaddu Ka Dalcha is ready. Serve with Baghara Khana.
