Civil action organisation OUTA has written to Tourism Minister Lindiwe Sisulu and the acting CEO of SA Tourism Themba Khumalo, asking them to stop the Tottenham Hotspur deal.
The organisation says the size of the budget for the proposed deal, which is almost one-billion rand, is unacceptable.
