its just unimaginable the fear the anguish one would feel have to live this ordeal. Our thoughts and prayers are with every person who has been part of this travesty .... a refrigerator blowing up on the first floor caused all this damage is that really true... please forensic community, firemen/women specialist and experts of this field please educate us and shed some light as to wheither this possible and likely to happen.... last year tenants were warned of the building... coincidence or planned to the letter ....
