Dr. Nick Riviera first appeared in the Season 2 episode 'Bart Gets Hit by a Car' as a parody of Elvis Presley's personal physician Dr. George C. Nichopoulos. He is perhaps best known for his cathphrase 'Hi, Everybody!' which is immediately followed by a response of 'Hi, Dr. Nick!' This is spin on that long-running gag.
