Ingredients & Process:
For Suffing
Take
3 Tspn Powder Milk
6 Tspn Sugar Powder
Mix well
Suffing is ready
For dough making
1 Cup Wheat Flour
1/2 cup all purpose flour
1 Tbsp Oil
1/2 Tsp Salt
Mix Well
Milk (Pour Gradually)
Make Soft Dough
close and keep aside
for 15 minutes
Then Divide The Dough
Take Some Dough
Dust some flour
Roll The Dough
to thin Chapati
spread the milk Suffing
on Chapati
Fold
Roll
Fry In Medium Heat
Add Some ghee
Fry Both Side Well
Until Golden Color
