After 10 years there are new details in the murder of Minnesota native Dru Sjodin, according to the Grand Forks Herald. The 417-page document filed Wednesday is a response to what is considered the final appeal for Alfonso Rodriguez Jr., convicted for kidnapping and killing Sjodin, of Pequot Lakes, Minn., in 2003. According to the Grand Forks Herald report, the court document says Rodriguez was mentally competent when he killed Sjodin.
