Ingredients:

all purpose flour 2 cups (250 grams)
sugar 3/4 cup (190 grams)
salt 1/2
powder milk 1 tbsp
baking powder 1 tbsp

egg 1 large
water 1 cup (240ml)
evap milk 1/2 cup (120ml)
melted butter 1 1/2 tbsp (25 grams)
all-purpose cream 1/2 cup (125 grams)

Toppings:

leche flan
pork floss
cheese
ube halaya
salted egg
