If your car is pulling to the left or right after coil spring replacement, check out this video, as it could be the springs causing incorrect camber.
a wheel alignment check will show a camber fault, and may be adjustable, however some cars are fixed camber and not adjustable, so if the canbers out, it's likely to be an incorrect spring.
