Karine, Kristine, and Rose Jingozian own FARINE, a family pastry business. They created a geode cake that blew up on Instagram and we tried the cake to see if it tasted as good as it looked. The bottom cake is a vanilla cake with dulce de leche buttercream and the top is a lemon cake with raspberry buttercream. They used rock candy to fill inside the cake, and to create the edible amethyst crystals.
