You do not need to be a witch or even believe in anything to send someone negative energy. Every time someone is jealous of you, gossips about you, wishes ill upon you, or wishes you were out of the picture - they are sending you negative energy. You’ve probably sent other people negative energy plenty of times without realizing it.

And this is why it’s so important to pay attention to who you let into your circle and energy. People in the public eye of course will have negative energy sent their way, but the closer a person is to you, they may have stronger negative emotions towards you, thus more power to send you bad energy.
