This suprised me. Europe's adoptions of #electricvehicles is impressive. Although China's 12% figure (170 million) is also very impressive from a nation of 1.4 billion.

P.S. Plugin electric cars cover both full-electric and plug-in hybrids. I guess they haven't develop wireless charging yet.
