One of the main noises on these are usually the sway bar bushings that start making a clunking/thud sound almost like a bad strut. One way to determine is when going over bumps it will seem to go from one side to another side. Also you can rock the vehicle when sitting still and have someone by the bushing to listen as you rock it back and forth. In the video you can here it as I'm driving. The new poly bushing brace sticks past the one side just a bit, but is not in the way of anything. This can be done easily on the ground or car ramps.
