:: Ingredients ::
- Moong sprouts
- coriander leaves
- ginger
- cumin seeds
- green chilli
- salt
- 1 tbsp oil
:: Method::
- First, take moong sprouts and transfer them to a mixer jar
- Add coriander leaves, ginger, green chilli, cumin seeds and a little water
- Blend it and make a smooth batter
- Add salt to taste and mix well
- Heat the tawa and spread dosa batter
- Now half tbsp oil
- cook until the dosa turns golden brown
- flip over and cook well
- Enjoy the sprouts Dosa
