This is a full review of the Fitness Gear 300 lb Olympic Weight Set, for a home gym, purchased from Dick's Sporting Goods. In this video:
- I unbox a new set
- Measure each plate and the bar and compare them to a standard Olympic set
- Weigh each plate and the bar to see the actual weight and if they are accurate
- Load the bar with weights to check its deflection
- Disassemble the bar to check its quality and construction
