[ Ссылка ] Think of the last time you felt uncertain. It was probably stressful. Many well-intentioned leaders create uncertainty when they don't mean to, especially in the name of avoiding micromanaging. There are five actions that managers can take to increase the amount of certainty that employees feel, increasing their happiness and their ability to produce results. These actions are: (1) providing clarity in the vision/future of your team, consider a SWOT analysis (2) clarifying roles, consider the RACI tool (3) getting very clear on the results, the goals, that need to be achieved, collectively and individually, consider SMART and SAIL acronym tools (4) getting very specific about the behavioral expectations for every person on the team, consider just telling them (5) clarifying how the team members should act with one another, work together as a team, consider team guiding principles. I hope all of these tools will help you create more clarity with your team.
