Shipped professionally (but the shipper will NOT let you open the box before you sign - they will only let you inspect the outer box for damage). The units arrived well packaged, exactly as ordered.
The unit was installed with zero problems (we used a "thick" was gasket against the floor, and a regular wax gasket on top of that thick one - Just to make sure no leaking).
NOTE, this toilet is ONE piece (much easier to keep clean) - but MUCH HEAVIER to move into place. Just have two people (or one REALLY STRONG plumber) on hand for...
