Hellloooo everyone! I tried a kpop idol diet for a week including IU, Suzy, Blackpink Jennie, Sistar Soyou, Chaeyeon, and Ailee's meal plan for each day! It had fast results with NO exercise for anyone trying to lose weight in a short period of time, I would recommend it, but not for long term diet.
